How It Works
Your Personal Stress Expert
Step 1: Do You Know Your Stress?
Your body can show stress long before your mind notices it — subtle changes in heart rate, breathing, or skin conductivity are signs that your nervous system is on high alert even if you feel fine. What we track: Heart Rate (HR), HRV, Breathing Patterns, Skin Temperature, and Electrodermal Activity (EDA).
Step 3: An Algorithm Made For You
This is what truly sets AcuSera apart. Raw data isn't enough; context is everything. For the first two weeks, our AI doesn't just track you—it learns you. It establishes your unique baseline and identifies your personal stress signatures. It learns to tell the difference between genuine stress and a "false positive" like exercise or excitement. After this learning period, the AI can confidently identify when you are truly stressed.
Step 2: AcuSera Listens
This is where our technology comes in. AcuSera's advanced sensors act like a translator for your body's signals. The PPG sensor monitors your heart rate, HRV, and breathing. The GSR sensor measures emotional arousal and seizure activity through skin conductivity. The IMU (motion sensor) intelligently filters out physical activity, so a workout isn't mistaken for a panic attack. Together, these sensors create a complete, real-time picture of your nervous system's state.
Step 4: AcuSera Responds
Once the AI confirms a stress event, AcuSera gently gets to work. 1. Automated Acupressure: The band automatically activates a precise mechanical nub, applying gentle, targeted pressure to the P6 acupressure point on your wrist—a point clinically supported to relieve anxiety and also reduce nausea. 2. Smart Optimization via the App: Your relief shouldn't be one-size-fits-all. The AcuSera app uses your feedback and data to continuously optimize your care. It learns the perfect intensity, duration, and even the best timing for your acupressure sessions, ensuring the relief you get is perfectly tailored to what your body needs in that exact moment.
